We're kicking off the Manchester Football Writing Festival on Wednesday 30th August, returning for our fourth year to this fantastic event in the northwest, and we'd love you to join us.
Once again we've assembled a crack panel of Blizzard contributors who'll be answering your questions and chewing the footballing fat of the early season storylines. Our line-up includes Blizzard editor Jonathan Wilson, along with the fine footballing minds of Rory Smith and Jonathan Northcroft, all marshalled by the inestimable talents of Marcus Speller from the Football Ramble.
You'll find us at Hotel Football, next to Old Trafford, getting underway at 7:30pm and
Tickets are on sale now for £10.
We'd love to see you all there, but if you can't make it along, or perhaps you are a glutton for great footballing talk, then we'd heartily advise you to check out the festival's Season Pass which offers access to all events for a bargainous price of £49.50. These include Q&As and discussions with the likes of (Blizzard contributors, no less) David Conn, Michael Cox, Philippe Auclair, Sid Lowe, Rafa Honigstein, Michael Calvin and many more from 30th August to 7th September. It's great value and there's some excellent events on offer.
