The opinions of all our customers are really important to us. And unlike the similar platitudes mouthed to you by computerised voices over and over again on a loop while you’re on hold to your utility company or phone provider, we genuinely mean that. We try not to bombard people with surveys and requests for feedback on the site, but from time to time it’s handy for us to take stock of what we’re doing, and see what people think of us. Anecdotal feedback from our inbox and on Twitter and Facebook is all well and good, but sometimes we need to get that little bit more; if Barack Obama can have a state of the union, then so can we.
This is the second Blizzard customer survey of its kind, and finding out what people think of us, how people are accessing the magazine and what they’d like to see more of in the future is really helpful in steering us to produce a better product. If there are writers we haven’t featured, topics we haven’t covered, or if you’ve got ideas on how we can improve any aspect of what we do, now’s your chance to let us know.
